this is a little late, but maybe you can complete this when you next go for a ride.

you should make sure to wear bike shorts, so the outline of your diaper can be very clearly seen.
it’s important to stay hydrated, so at least 3 times during your ride you should dismount your bike and have a good drink of water. spend at least three minutes stretching at each water break before you get back on your bike.
bonus points if you choose to stop in a built up area with plenty of people around, like a strip mall or busy park.
