Generally, I rarely think about such things when there are no stimulation of any sort, like suggestive words, tone, images, etc. So I don't quite often think about them until coming across any. But lately, I find things have a little more suggestive when I have nothing important to do.

Rarely I guess? As with (3), it really depends. It happens but it is uncommon for me to bring a thought I had while walking the streets back home and acting on them. Or more?
