Cleans and whitens teeth. Doesn't hurt unless you're sensitive to mint, I guess, or if you brush too hard.

I've tried it a few times out of curiosity. It gets worse the longer you leave it on. I've only had it on for 5 minutes or so, and after you wash it off, it's still burns for awhile. Depends on your pain tolerance. It's not make you cry pain, so give it a try. Though I'm sure it can get there if you leave it on for awhile. So just put some on while you are in the shower, when it starts getting to hot, wash it off.
