How long should I wear my tack bra?

I would say for a whole weekend 48 hours. That way is would not get in the way of your work.

When you’re wearing your tack bra, you must give it a solid 10 whacks with a hairbrush to each breast once an hour if you’re at home. You must also lay with your chest down when you’re laying down with it.

My dare: when you need to vacuum your house, do so while wearing your tack bra. Tie your hands together in front of you. Not too tight though, you still need to be able to move and vacuum. I'm sure there is lots of stuff you have to pick up off the floor and places that are hard to reach

I did wear it for 2 hours. It didn't hurt that bad when wearing it actually, but taking it off was a whole nother story!! Those little tacks didn't want to come out of my skin.

Thanks for being realistic with the time wearing the bra. I did wear it for two hours. I didn't sweep, but next time I do I will try your task!. My edges are taking minutes now, because I'm in denial and doing multipe (30+) daily.

Roll a 6 sided die. Then roll again. Multiply the numbers together, and since we are rolling, lay down and roll back and forth the amount of your dice roll. It dont count unless you roll all the way over. After which leave the bra on for the number that you rolled in minutes while edging during those minutes. Detailed report please~
