I am supposed to request for rules to follow for however long (they cannot be forever). Please give me one or more to follow.

every time you pee at home you have to do it naked hands on the head and you must say " i love to be humiliated and so i asked for this" before you start to pee

For one week. At home, every time you pass from one room into another you must kneel down and kiss the floor. If ever you forget to do this then the punishment must involve a spanking to be determined by someone other than yourself.
