This is revised from my earlier "Couples Driving Dare" for those who have to go it alone. If you can find a partner check out the couples version.

Set aside time for a three hour car trip. Freeways with rest stops work well. Drink one bottle of water half an hour before leaving.

Underneath your regular clothes be wearing a diaper.

Bring with you a die and three 16 oz bottles of water.

Start driving.

After half an hour pull over somewhere safe like a rest stop. Drink a full bottle of water and make the first roll.

1) Remove all clothes except diaper (women keep bra)
2) Just remove bottoms
3) Just remove tops (w – keep bra)
4) Remove all clothes except diaper while standing outside the car.
5) Remove just bottoms while standing outside the car
6) Remove just top while standing outside the car.

Get back on the road and drive for another half hour then pull over somewhere safe. Drink another full bottle of water then make the second roll. At this point remove all clothes expect diaper (w -keep bra)

Pull up diapers. Turn back towards home and get on the road for another half hour. Pull over at a gas/station with convenience store. Make your fifth roll.

1) Pump gas.
2) Pump gas and wash windows
3) With the radio playing loudly pump gas.
4) With the radio playing loudly pump gas and wash windows.
5) Pump gas and go it and buy a 16 oz bottle of water.
6) Pump gas, wash windows and go in and buy a 16 oz bottle of water.

If you bought water drink all of it before you continue driving toward home. After half an hour pull over somewhere safe. If your diaper is dry you may skip the last roll and go home. If you have a wet or even a damp diaper then make your final roll.

1) Empty your bladder fully into diaper while inside the car and change clothes when you get home.
2) Empty bladder fully into diaper while inside the car but must wear the diaper the rest of the day.
3) Empty bladder fully into the diaper while outside the car and change when you get home.
4) Empty bladder fully into the diaper while outside the car and wear the diaper the rest of the day
5) Step outside the car, drop your diaper and empty your bladder. Change when you get home.
6) Step outside the car, drop your diaper and empty your bladder. Wear your diaper the rest of the day.
