Press Your Luck- Whammies = WAM

For those not familiar, Press Your Luck is an old game show that was recently re-started where contestants earn spins on a "big board" by answering questions. The board is a large square with various cash and prizes but also "whammies" who will take all of your money. You can stop and pass your spins to an opponent at any time, and if you get 4 whammies you're out.

Anyway, I had an idea to make this into a WAM game. Unfortunately I couldn't find a multi-player interactive version of this game online, but there is a single player version here:

So here's how it will work: You play the game (answer 4 questions, each right answer you get 3 spins, a wrong answer and you get one) and then you take your spins as you see fit. At the end of the game, take a screenshot of your score and post it to imgur.com (or any other photo hosting site) and link it here. We're on the honor system here obviously, so only play once and don't look at any other scores. Once 4 players have posted, the players can give one substance and direction on what to do with it to every player who scored less than them. So the last place person will get 3 items, the next to last 2, and second place will get one. However, if you lose with 4 whammies, then each other person can give you 4 substances, so you will end up with 12.

So that completes our game, it looks like everyone actually did pretty well, but I was able to hold on for the victory. The results were:

1. atownesq- 13,050
2. FelineFrenzy- 11,300
3. goofywillowwisp- 10,400
4. Jeopardy- 4,250.

A reminder, everyone can give those who finished below them a forfeit.

Well, this round is complete. We all did much more poorly this round, and we have 2 that ended up with 4 whammies, so I think it's only fair they each can give 4 items to the other.
