Lay in the bottom of the shower. Let the water hit your clit and pelvis. When you feel like you are going to orgasm slide yourself down so the water is now hitting your tits. Wait until you calm down then do it again. On your third attempt you may orgasm.

The angle that my showerhead is at, I'm not sure that it will reach my clit and pelvis like that. However, it is detatchable

Detach your showerhead, and take it near your clit. You are to turn it on for 3 seconds and then turn it off for 6. Since you won't have a watch, count till 3 and 6. On, off,on,off till you get off. No cheating. If you don't follow the on off timing, then take your shower head near your clit, turn it on full speed and you can't turn it off or remove it till you orgasm 5 times.
