Requesting Contract assistance from Contractual Dom/mes

So, I have recently found my previous sub, having left me, and I am now seeking a new one, despite the arduous journey that it consistently is. Before I continue, I apologize if this turns out to be a relatively short post.

So, what I am asking for, is for any Dom/mes to take a look at the Google Doc I have made that holds my second iteration of my contract, and provide me with any advice on how I could alter, or modify it, to improve upon it, as I fully understand that a Contract is not an easy thing to construct, without prior knowledge, which I sadly lack.
