Chug a monster, a finish a glass of water every half hour. As this will be a lot of water. You can choose to instead stand with your legs spread for 5 minutes rather than drinking water. Hold it for 4 hour and 15 minutes from when this post was made (or closest hour). Pee yourself and you're restricted to panties for the next week.
