Ok. Put 1 clothespin on each nipple. Then take off your shirt. Take 3 laps around your house. If really daring, take off an article of clothing after each lap(the final lap would be naked)

put clamps on ur nipples and balls all day, DONT FORGET to twist/pull them evry 15 minutes!!! and when u twist and pull u need to make sure u do that for 30 seconds each peg so that it hurts
