My dare to you is to not fuck around in a medical clinic, be a respectable patient, and don't put the doctor in an awkward position.

You should be respectful, however I don't see the harm in a little fun.
Usually you have a little alone time in the exam room before the Doc comes in... Usually when you change into the robe.

I dare you to strip down to your socks, never mind the robe. Find the speculum, assume the standard stirrup position and try out the instrument. (best to make sure it works... out of respect. right?)

Once done hop back up, put on your robe and wait for the real event. (Be sure to place the medical equipment in the appropriate "To Clean" location.) Fell free to give me a PM if you pull it off, love to hear the details.
