[Dare] A Week of Denial

This dare can be done by both, girls and boys, and is pretty simple: deny yourself for a full week. Doesn't sound too hard, right?

Let's get to the details. One part of the dare is to get stimulated by video and audio whenever possible. Therefore you should prepare upfront: Upload several sound files which stimulate/arouse you on your mp3 player or mobile and create a playlist out of these with an endless loop. Typical examples are girls moaning, having an orgasm etc. I'm pretty sure you know what arouses you and you'll find enough of the stuff in the net. For visual stimulation be sure to have your favorite porn to view for the week as well. It would be best if you could view this on a movable device like a laptop or tablet.

You can start the challenge whenever you want, the more time in between your last orgasm and the start, the better it is. Once you start, the dare is on for full seven days. During this time you are on hard denial, which of course means absolutely no orgasm at all, but it also means no touching yourself in any way. No playing with your dick or clit, no rubbing your nipples, no touching your legs, no fingering your ass, nothing. The only exception is personal hygiene of course.

As mentioned, you should stimulate yourself whenever possible by watching your favorite porn. If possible the whole day, while eating, while having a bath etc. Make sure to use headphones. If watching porn is not possible, e.g. when you are at work, in a class or on public transportation, you listen to the above mentioned playlist with headphones instead. You don't have to turn up the volume to a high setting, but it should be clearly hearable for you. Make sure to maximize these two activities throughout the day, of course use common sense when applying. Just to be sure, this is not to humiliate you, it's to keep you constantly stimulated.

When you are alone, you should be naked - no cloths at all except shoes if you want to; but of course no touching!

When you go to bed, you'll go to bed naked, no cloth, using a cover is preferred. You should also have your earphones on and switch on your audio player to a very low, barely hearable volume at night. But of course no humping or no direct stimulation of any kind.

And that's all you have to do for a full week, 7 days, 144 hours. Constant visual and audio stimulations, no other stimulation at all, no touching and no orgasm. That should be doable.

However, you fail the dare, if you touch yourself or have an orgasm within the time. Even an accidental orgasm, for example while sleeping, counts of course as a fail. If you fail, count the remaining full hours. Divide them by 4 and that's the number of punishments you have to do. Now I'm not really good at giving out punishments, but you'll find easily some on this site. You can also ask for them in some thread and I'm pretty sure you'll get some productive responses. Apart from these punishments, double the number by two and that's the number of hours you have to stay on denial, no edging nor orgasm. But of course you don't have to follow the above rules.
