Just wear a t-shirt and diaper on the date and crap in the diaper at some point and let your date change you. Than after that all you are allowed to wear is the diaper. Have fun!

I would say wear a short skirt and a very thick diaper, and then at some point get a little "frisky" with him and lead his hand up your skirt until he feels your diaper lol
