While wearing high heels, stand on your tip toes for 30 minutes with no support, hands above your head if you can. If your hands go lower than your shoulders, start again

I tried this wearing 4" heels. I failed miserably! I could not get more than 15 minutes on my toes. I also could not keep my arms up sir. Excellent dare!!!
