Default need calorie limit and punishment for going over limit

pig would like some idea for a calorie goal and also a punishment for going over said calorie goal. pig is looking to lose weight. pig currently weighs 295 pounds and is 5'6.5" tall. pig is moderately active. please help pig out!

all of the ideas will be made into a poll to be voted on!

As i don't know how much weight pig ultimately wants to lose, why don't you set the first weight goal somewhere between 275 and 250 pounds?

Default ideas so far but pig needs more!

500 Calories a day except for no slop days. Punishment for exceding number of calories is mouth washed out with soap and water, bar of soap gag for 30 minutes and two clothespins on tongue for 30 minutes. The following day is a no slop day.

Try shooting for 2,000 a day. I’d suggest one drip of hot wax on your tits for every 10 calories you go over. I hope this helped piggy!

1650 a day. every 5 calories over = 1 minute of corner time with pig in heels, gag and collar with nose to the wall

Your calorie count should be 1500. You are not allowed to eat any bread, pasta or anything else made with flour.

Punishment is nipples clamped for 1 hour and clamps rotated every 15 minutes for going over by 100 calories. For going over by 200 its 1 more hours on nipples and add 100 hard smack with wooden or plastic spoon to clit. For 300 over it 1 more hour with nipple clamps with at least 4 oz weight to each clamp. 100 more hard smacks with spoon to clit but this time after toothpaste is applied to clit. All nipple clamps are to be rotated every 15 minutes.

Clamps or closepins.

Weight is tough to lose!

With respect, I kindly suggest removing sexuality and shame from your weight loss regime. Cut your calories, count on supportive friends, and slowly cut back. You can totally do this! Losing weight is a pain in the ass (and not the good kind), but it's doable, and with supportive networks in place to help, you'll succeed. Good luck, and PM me with any questions, thoughts, or rants.

With tough challenges, we gotta be kind to ourselves. Don't let a oddball network of strangers pull you away from that.

I agree - you want to make a sustainable change. And whatever you do, aim for at least 1000 Calories daily - this is the minimum your body needs to function normally. You will lose more weight (and keep it off) eating this many and doing exercise, that cutting your cals extremely low.
