you will need. Yourself
Ladies- underwear/swimsuit
Gents- speedos or minmal underwear.
A pack of cigarettes or an ipod.
An exercise area, park, whatever as long as its got a place to sit.
Guts.

I just tried this when i realsed a friend left her smokes at my house, i dont smoke but they add a time limit. 2 women on bikes and 1 dude jogging passed me about 10m from my bench

Go outside, lock the door, leave the key somewhere convinent.
Strip down to your underwear, then head on down to the before mention park.
Go find a bench or somewhere to hangout and strip naked. Now sit down and light a smoke, or put a song on the ipod and just chilllllax. Your not allowed to move until the song is over or the smoke is smoked.
A good time to do this is when early moringing joggers/exercisers r just coming out becuase they probly cant or wont call the cops and theyre to dedicated to their run to stop, but they will see you.
The underwaer/bathers has a few uses: You can put your hands thru the leg holes and spin them round till they form a pair of cuffs. (works better with swimwear than normal underwaer)
The can be a blindfold, or leave them out in the path of joggers to see their reactions.
finally, if you do move or try to cover up or finish the song/smoke early you must use them as cuffs to lock your hands behind your bak and take a very public road home.
