Automatically Signed Out

So as of the past week or 2, I have noticed that sometimes when I am logged in and I switch from post to post or from the chatroom, I am automatically signed off. This has become really annoying when I am trying to do something like post a blog and when I click "post", it asks me to log in and the blog never posts as a result. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way to fix it?

I am on a tablet btw but have been using this tablet on this site for a year or so without any issues.

I've noticed this when using the site on my iPhone 5c and it only seems to happen when I open a link (such as to a post or someone's profile) in a new tab. Other than that it works fine, just when opening links in a new tab do I get logged out. So are you opening the links in a new tab or just in the same tab?

I had this problem before also, but I always thought it was my internet.

Particularly annoying when you're sending a long pm and they never send. Got to rewrite it and hope it sends.

It's not the internet and I have been using the same tablet that I have always been using. I really don't know what it is. The only thing I have thought of doing it just copying any message that I write, just in case!

Anyone know any solutions?

This is happening to me to, and not only when I open a link in a new tab. Ironically, it happened when I clicked on "post reply" for this thread. But yes. Particularly annoying when sending long pms or making posts that then go poof into the ether.

This has only ever happened to me if I didn't hit the little box at the login that says "stay logged in" (or whatever that little box says." Did you check the little box to stay logged in?

This happens to me quite often, but I'm logging in over tor, so my IP keeps changing, so my login keeps expiring. This leads me to believe 1 of 2 things are happening with others:

1: your ISPs are using some sort of proxy nonsense, which really DOESN'T make sense, so I'm going to assume it's actually....
2: the browsers you use (seems like most of the time it's something on a mobile device) don't carry over cookies to new tabs properly. Possibly because GD has some sort of cookie that's different than other sites? That part I don't know.
