What about this for a rule you cannot wear underwear or a bra without getting permission from gd first and you only can ask 4 times a week.
Easy will need 3 people
Medium will need 7 people
Hard will need 15 people
If you want you could also only wear underwear or bra's that have been approved by gd for what ever level you choose.
