How about for every time this happens she has to spend at least 5 minutes somewhere public/ semi public (and not in the swim changing rooms) naked at a future date?

Yes, then the 2 messages cancel each other out.

What should be the correct strategy then to get WetSwimmerGirl stuck naked somewhere for a long time?

Well, you could just cancel the second message in this case. So still undress for the first one, but ignore the second and wait for a third one to get re-dressed...? ;-)

Don’t know if it’s been suggested yet but I have to go for a walk in an outfit chosen by the people here and they chose a swimsuit that dissolves when it gets wet, so you could always get one of those :3

Here's a new for the Wetswimmergirl, I have a little dare for you to get something in the house wet. Something I had Jessie do one time. I want you to sneak naked into your brothers room with a little piece of paper that has WetSwimmerGirl written on it. Go into his underwear drawer and put it at the very bottom. Then put on a pair of his underwear and finger fuck yourself through it for a couple minutes. Make sure it's nice and wet before you take them off. After they're off fold them up and stick them back in the drawer as you find them. After a day you can retrieve the note... If he hasn't found it already.

In my oppinion you should still execute the First one, i.e. getting naked within 5 mins. Then you can use the other one to get dressed immidiately. If you get three in a row, immidiately undress, and so on.

We're Always Glad to think about punishments when youre failing, though

Strategically the easiest would be if you get only ONE request for off in the morning. Easy to remember, no need to redress etc.
