For each picture to remain "safe" I must correctly answer a question within 15 seconds.

If I am incorrect or run out of time, that picture can be used how you wish/sent to anyone you wish. If I get 3 or more wrong, my info is free to be used how you wish.

To make it unfair, the 5 questions can be anything, even questions that only you would know the answers
