No underwear. You must wear a body hugging white tshirt or vest.
Remove your shirt, drench it in a bucket of water, and wear it
Your shirt has to remain wet throughout your run, carry a big bottle of water for the purposes of re-applying water to your front if your nipples become less prominent at any point.
Bottoms can be minu skirt or short short shorts.
