This is a fun one I you like to be bound; Throw a pair of scissors or key depending on what you use, as far away as possible (inside) then tie your right hand to your left ankle and your left hand to your right ankle. Next Lie down on the floor and try to get the means of escape before 8 minutes have passed. If you fail I give a punishment.
