how is it shady? i thought it was the best way of letting people know/or in some cases "not know" without it turning into a big thing and me getting bombarded with questions. if you don't agree, then well i won't hold it against you. you're entitled to your opinion. besides at the end of the day, it was MY call, and i was looking for who i would get along with the best, individuals that i seemed to work with better, and individuals whom i got along with who i felt would be the most loyal to me.
