Don't worry about it, we all get those at one point or another, and no one likes them.

The rule doesn't need a punishment, but it must be at least a little conditional, or constant.
Conditional: If _X_ happens, you must _Y_.
Restriction: You may not ____ for the duration
Addition: Like adding a chore, or something that they will noticeably have to introduce into their daily schedule. Simple ones can work, but they are boring...

There are probably other types. Sorry for getting on your case about this, I am working on little to no sleep (currently the latter), damn hell-week!

I mean you can have a rule like make your bed everyday right?
Or does it need to have a clause if you break the rule to become one?
