Why is it that water and sloppy mud arealways an inch deeper than wellies are high? So you advance to hip waders and the water still is that much too deep.
Dare have also progressed to crawling on hnds and knees through the mud patch, or having to allow ourselves to be dragged through the deeper patches.
The further we go, the further we are daring each other to go. Could get interesting.
As a result of dares my partner and I seem to have spent a lot of time in the local river recently, getting plasered. It is quite fun as I was always told off for getting dirty when I was young, hence the name.
