Lol yeahhh it is lol it's my friends hand. He put a lot of cologn on it then lit it. I got a perfect pic! Don't try this at home though. We are trained professionals lol jk but I'm serious it could be dangerous unless u know what your doing. Oh and never get caught by the cops. Unless you kno the cop and knows what they like and u can get off easy lol so if you try something stupid like that beware lol I warned you.
