PEE:

FIFTYFIFTY and I will mix my next piss with another drink of my choice in a 1:1 ratio

WET and I will piss in my underwear and wear it for an hour

HYGIENE and I wil brush my teeth with my piss

GOOD NIGHT DRINK and I will drink piss before I go to bed along with ____ oz of water. I will not get up to use the bathroom until my usual wake up time

HOLD and a time up to 6 hours and I won't pee until then, with any punishment if I can't hold it

SHOWER and I'll give myself a golden shower and drink as much of it up as possible

LONGER and when I have the urge to pee, I will wait an extra ___ hrs (up to 3). And receive a punishment if I fail.

NOW and I'll release my pee for 3 second immediately

OOPS and I'll piss myself fully clothed

Feet:

SUCK and I will suck my toes that many times. Up to 20

SOCK and I will wear the same socks for x days and then gag myself with them for ____ time.


Diapers:

SOGGY and I'll sleep in a wet diaper

WADDLE and I will wear the same diaper for 24 hours without changing. I can only use the diaper to go to the bathroom
