I have one for you.
For one whole week you must be diapered 24/7. You're not allowed to use toilet at all. And now rest of rules:
On days 1st, 3rd, 5th and 7th you can change diapers only in public restrooms - no changing at home or one-person toilets.
On days 2nd, 4th and 6th you can use only three diapers for all day (one after night, one during day and one for sleep).
Drink and eat normally. Have fun!
