Me: ermmm pregnancy really isnt on the priority list of an A level student aspiring to go to university next year. But thanks for the offer ... i guess >.<
Him: Which University you plan to go to ?Maybe its something we could practise while on birth control ? X
Me: I'm not sure what uni yet.
And its something id rather save,
I'm still a virgin and want to save it for the right guy- not just fret it away on "practice".

You're too nice and giving away too much information about yourself.
Your mistake is you're trying to have a conversation with him, and explain yourself, rather than just saying "No".
By doing what you're doing, you're inadvertently leading him on and making him think he can maybe weasel his way into your life.
Most guys will go look for other prey when you put your foot down, take control, and give them a flat "No" and finally ignore them.
In this conversation, he's the one in control. You have to take that control back and dominate him in the discussion. A simple, straight forward "No" does wonders. 9 times out of 10, people will interpret you as being unfriendly, stand-offish, or even angry. In other words: Strong. A weak guy won't mess with a strong lady, but a weak guy will undoubtedly prey on a lady he thinks is weak.
