I have always been fiercely independent. I needed to be. Growing up, I had adult responsibilities by the time I turned 10. I raised my newborn brother: bathed him, fed him, put him to sleep.

My mom and I moved out of my dads house when I was 16. I saw her struggle and conquer as we rebuilt a life together. We did things for ourselves. We both worked hard to provide for our family. I had to fight with her because she couldn't do it alone.

So I thought I'd write a reply to frosty's blog Trying To Kill Me With Heart Attacks written from my perspective, if you haven't already read her blog I'd suggest starting there first.

So it was Saturday morning and we were chatting away on skype, the usual banter as frosty enjoys her teasing and playfulness (read brat). Like always I was sitting watching her play much like a kitten unable to resist that ball of string, batting at it and getting tangled deeper and deeper until "Oooops"...

Don't assume because you bark an order at me that I will follow it. I wont.

No one can order me around except one person. It isn't you.

The Pleasure of being a Daddy Dom


Been a while since I posted one of these so whilst pondering a topic that I could write something about I was approached in chat the other day and someone posed a question to me about Littles and Caregivers:

"I get what a little gets out of it with all the care, etc but what do you get from it?"
