You could directly set an amount of sleep modifiers for one to choose from or let it free form to have the others express creativity. Or even better, you could do both by having CREATIVE as a possible sleep modifier together with the ones you set up.
Pee holding could be a command for the day as well and same for vibration speed. Command for raising and command for lowering.
