Oh, and the other dare. You have probably already tried the fast filling method but have you actually made use of its aspect of surprise? if haven't then go drink 1l of water in 15minutes then wait till you need to pee a little, put on jeans and relatively tight belt. Now as you feel pretty confident as your need to pee isn't too big (yet),bring a padlock, lock it on your belt, so you can't take the jeans off, leave the key somewhere safe at home, and go for a walk, away from your home, walk for about half an hour (maybe more maybe less, up to you)and then once the light need turns into a strong and desperete need to pee you start heading back to your home, but you will be really like "oh gosh, I wish I have not walked that far" and you will really hurry to get to your home as soon as you can. Obviously be reasonable, go as far as you think you can do. For example I wouldn't go too far, wetting myself in public isn't my thing. Leaking a little, teasing it, it is nice but wetting is way too much. So it's all up to you.
Another option if you are a little more/less extreme is to lock just your undies, so if you wet yourself you may have a 'backup' - carry another pair of jeans in your backpack and a towel, so if you lose control you may sneak somewhere seclude and take the jeans off and just wet your underwear, and wipe your legs with the towel or if you don't get the time to take the jeans off and you wet them too, then you may look for somewhere secluded to change into the another pair. Take a note, that your underwear should be pretty strong and solid such as boxers, most of female panties will be just too fragile and may get torn apart.
