I'll take this question about being 'forced' as meaning having my clothes taken from me by force - and then left to fend for myself nude. This would be nude in public, exposing myself to others who didn't ask to be part of the scene, but I would have a full excuse: my clothes were taken and I need to get help to get home. I could do this by trying to get home unseen, by taking back alleys or streets or whatever, or I could semi-modestly cover myself and ask someone for help.
By the way, every year at the Folsom Street Fair I am happily nude in public the whole 7 hours that the Fair lasts. The nudity isn't forced, but it's definitely public in front of thousands of other people, and it's legal.
