I own a "Willy Wanka" - It's fairly audible, and could easily move on the floor. Guess having smooth/laminate floors doesn't help.
If I use it, it works pretty well to just tie it to my ankles and/or having a rope attached to it I can pull/hold on to.

Edit: BTW, I also have a fleshlight adapter for it, that can be quite fun to use too; Although you're somewhat limited in positions you can take, due to how the machine is made/standing
