Yup, that would be by rule. And not cleaning the cum untill the game is over is also a no brainer, seeing your fantasy. Do you already have a good recipe for that? You can do a ton without spending too much and having it be super realistic.
I also really love the idea of having a command to lock/gag/vibe on you and be able to remove them only with other commands. That do something bad to you nonetheless haha.
This way people are encouraged.to use them every now and then
