Happy birthday!
To celebrate your birthday, why don't you wrap an elastic band around the top of your nuts nice and tightly, then wait 15mins whilst they turn all aching and purple, then put them on a table and smack them as hard as you can with the edge of a spatula 12 times before taking the elastic band off?
