I live with family so can be done in my room only.

Drink 2 L of water 3 hours ahead of task and do not use bathroom 2 hours prior to the task.
Since you are new and request for mild task , here is what you should do:
Take a sharpie and write "pathetic small" on your tits. Rub your nipples till they are hard and swollen.
Then take your clothes peg and put them on your nipple. Flick it 36 times each. Edge once when you finish each side.
You may use the bathroom once you finished reporting.
Shouldn't take you long to get going and finish the task. Take a break if you needed and report back.
And always the reminder, do things at your own availability and stop when things are too much.
