When changing in the locker room, strip completely naked, walk around casually, strike up conversations with others in the room, or basically anything random before you dress again.
If you don't have a class that requires dressing out, make up an excuse to get out of class, go to the locker room WHILE others are dressing and do this. DO NOT dress again until everyone has left if doing this one.
