For a week, the first thing and the last thing you can drink in a day is your piss.
That means that just when you wake up, you pee in a glass, and drink that glass. Don't drink anything else for at least 30mn.
When you go to bed, do the same.
If you can fill a glass because you don't have enough pee, add one more day to your torment.
