1. Get into a hanging (or dangling) wedgie
2. If in hanging stay for 2 minutes a line, if dangling 3 minutes a line.
3. Your feet must be bound together
4. After hanging/dangling get into a shoulder wedgie for 5 minutes a line
5. In the shoulder, if it totals over 35 minuets, you must be both gagged and blindfolded
6. After shoulder sit in a chair wedgie for 7 minutes per line.
