1. Loser must use rope over there shoulders attached both sides of the underwear so there in a all round wedgie for one hour
2. While in the all-round wedgie, loser must do five squats every five minutes
3. Try to tighten the rope every 15 minutes
4. for every squat the loser forgets to do the time extends 2 minutes
