About permanent Shackles. i was counting only the keyword Permanent. not Permanent Shackles.
it even counted some signatures as Keywords. but yeah. The correct Keyword was not said 100 times. this is around 10 pages after you guys called the win.
meaning that Permanent shackles was NOT Activated. unless someone said the full keyword 4 more times.
