For the next 24 hours I PROMISE to add 1 'random' exercise per post in this thread, not counting my own.
Exercises containing things like pushup, situp, squad, 10of60s plank, mountain climbers, mule kicks, side raises, jumping jack, maybe x-amount-boxing etc - not counting warmup/stretching where involved
Exercises will be split into short workout sessions hopefully done daily or every other day for a little while.
Keywords- PUSHUP*, SITUP*, SQUAD* - Choose specifically for a pushup, situp or squad. Every two of these used, will add 1 extra (so, so they count as 1.5)
- BURPEE* - Do a burpee
- PLANK - 15s to a plank,
- SIDE* - Do a side-leg raise, once each leg. (possibly with resistance band)
- MULE* - Do a mule kick
- LIZARD* - Lizard's crawl, full left/right
- FUCK* - Do an anal thrust instead of an exercise
Special Condition Keywords- FUCKED - Increase the number of thrusts done per FUCK keyword used
Only once per 30 explicit exercise keywords used by you
- MAJOR - all fucks added in the 30 minutes after this keyword, will be done with a bigger then the normal dildo.
Only one time per user
- SUCK IT - Do a pushup, and deepthroat a dildo in the process
Only if you do one deliberate deeptroat specifically for this purpose as well
Stretch goals- Per 5 pages, one workout session will be done full nude. I may decrease the total by one, if I do one full nude workout session in the livingroom with open curtains (one side).
Handling- The first 5 for every session to work off starred* keywords don't count. Doing them in sets in one session counts regular
- Planks will be done for 60s, break early and the next plank will be done plugged.
- Any day without exercise will increase ALL numbers that are not 0 by then, by 1.
