Dress up as close to your pic as possible, diaper included. put on Lace up shoes. Pack a spare diaper and don't set out until you need to pee.

Go to a shopping centre, if possible with escalators. Walk around making sure to go up and down the escalators a few times. At least 3 times, "accidentally" drop something on the floor, bend over with your back to pick item up, taking your time Once or twice, pretend to be tying your shoe laces. At some point wet your diaper, walk around a bit more before going to a toilet and change your diaper, not locking cubical door. Go to a shop and bend down a few times to look at things low down.
