Start by plugging your ass, preferably with an actual plug but anything you have on hand is fine. Tightly tie your balls, and hang as much weight as you can handle from them. Keep the weight off the ground for 10 minutes, and really swing it around - if you aren't desperate to let the weight off by the end of the 10 minutes, keep it on for another 10 minutes before continuing. Once the weight is off, keep your balls tied. You'll hit your balls 20 times every 10 minutes for an hour. After the hour, you're done, and can untie your balls.
