Pick a number between one and ten. I'll remove that many "things" from your extra training, since you were ten minutes short on holding the enema. But if you get too greedy, I'll add that many instead.

The "things" can also be one big bit of extra training with that many elements, or that many smaller extra trainings over time. Pick your poison.
