for the next 48 hours you will be going through potty training in reverse. Start by waiting till you have to pee. Hold it for 5 minutes then have an "accident" on your way to the bathroom. From there you must put on pull ups (if not able to get them you can use diapers that can either be pulled down easily or retaped). The first day you must go to the potty once an hour even if you feel like you dont have to go as if you were practicing using the potty. before bed have another "accident" in your pull ups and start the last phase of your unpotty training. For the remaining time you need to use your diaper everytime you start to feel the need to go.
