Last time I weighed myself was like 2 years ago, I weighed 65kg. Since then I have put on weight so Id guess around 70-80kg now. The most physically exhausting thing Ive ever done was the Duke of Edinburgh Gold expedition

At times, yes, but when I get loads of the same, they get repetitive, tedious and boring. Hence why I have turned them off for the moment.
