ONE IMPORTANT EDIT
It was pointed out to my by the lovely RyuTheDragonSlaver in chat that the words "appropriately punished" said "approximately punished". I notice some of those who have offered themselves have also included this typo (understandable, it was in the copy+paste template.)
I apologise, and have amended the template. This doesn't affect any of the offers so far, just note what it actually should mean :P
